These terms govern access to Lumina ETF, including portfolio analysis, saved work, paid access, reports, and ETF data features.

Service scope

Lumina ETF provides educational ETF portfolio analysis, including overlap, exposure, concentration, cost comparison, saved work, and report features.
The service may change, pause, limit, or remove features, supported ETFs, data fields, saved-work behavior, report formats, or beta functionality as the product evolves.

Accounts and paid access

You are responsible for the security of your sign-in method and for activity under your account. Lumina ETF may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or create security, abuse, payment, or operational risk.
Plus subscriptions, trials, one-time report purchases, billing portal access, cancellation, entitlement changes, and payment status are handled through the checkout and billing flows presented in the product. Refunds, if any, are handled at the operator's discretion unless required by applicable law.

Acceptable use

You may not misuse the service, bypass access controls, disrupt infrastructure, scrape or bulk extract data without permission, reverse engineer protected parts of the service, share paid access improperly, or use automation that harms reliability.
You may not present Lumina ETF outputs as personalized investment, tax, legal, or financial advice, or use the service to make claims that the product has recommended, optimized, approved, or certified a portfolio.

ETF data and analysis limits

ETF data may come from issuer materials, approved providers, public sources, cached snapshots, and internal calculations. Coverage may be partial, stale, unavailable, source-blocked, or limited by issuer cadence and source rights.
Lumina ETF may contain errors, omissions, delayed updates, classification differences, methodology assumptions, or interruptions caused by third-party services, source changes, caching, or infrastructure availability.

Changes and termination

These terms may be updated as the product, data sources, paid features, or legal requirements change. Continued use after an update means you accept the updated terms.
Provisions concerning payments, access rights, data limits, disclaimers, acceptable use, liability limits, and dispute handling may continue to apply after access ends.
