Privacy Policy

This policy explains how Lumina ETF handles account, portfolio analysis, payment, report, and operational data.

Pending legal review
This page is a launch placeholder. It is not final legal copy and must be reviewed and approved before production launch.

Data collection and use

  • We collect the information needed to provide Lumina ETF, including account identifiers, email addresses, sign-in records, saved portfolios, saved analysis snapshots, report purchases, and basic product usage events.
  • When you enter ETF tickers, portfolio weights, scenario inputs, or analysis settings, we process that information to calculate overlap, exposure, concentration, cost, data-quality, and report outputs.
  • We may retain operational logs, security events, payment records, entitlement records, and troubleshooting information for service reliability, fraud prevention, abuse prevention, accounting, legal compliance, and support.

Cookies and local storage

  • We use cookies and similar browser storage for authentication, session state, CSRF protection, saved local work, and restoring analysis inputs in your browser.
  • We may use limited analytics or performance storage to understand product reliability and usage. If a third-party analytics or error-reporting service is added later, it must be documented before production use.

Account, payment, and report data

  • Account-backed saved work, purchased report records, subscription status, entitlement status, and report recovery data are associated with your signed-in account so the service can provide access to paid features.
  • Payments, subscriptions, checkout sessions, billing portal access, payment status, and webhook-derived entitlement updates are processed through Stripe. We do not store full payment card numbers on Lumina ETF servers.

Third-party processors

  • We use third-party processors to operate the service, including Google for sign-in, Resend for email magic links, Stripe for payments and billing, Cloudflare for hosting, storage, security, and logs, and database providers for account and report data.
  • These processors receive only the information needed for their role, such as authentication identifiers, email delivery data, payment and billing details, hosting traffic, security events, and stored application records.

Deletion and export requests

  • You may request deletion of account-backed saved work, account data, or report access records by contacting the operator using the support channel made available by Lumina ETF.
  • Some information may be retained where needed for security, payment processing, accounting, fraud prevention, dispute handling, legal obligations, or restoring access to purchased reports.
